StaffDr. Kimberly Woodhull, Executive Director
Kimberly began her employment with the Newton Housing Authority in 2003. Prior to that time, Kimberly worked with both the Dover and Morris County Housing Authorities to facilitate the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. Kimberly has extensive experience working with a variety of local, state and federal programs, and initiated and actively participated in a number of organizations focusing on the creation and enhancement of programs, services, and the development of partnerships. Kimberly has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and while employed by the Newton Housing Authority, earned a doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology. Kimberly is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Housing Partnership of Northern New Jersey and the Greater Newton Chamber of Commerce, as well as a number of other committees and advisory councils. Cheire Lozaw, Program Assistant
Cheire has worked with the Newton Housing Authority as a Program Assistant since January 2004. In this capacity, she works closely with applicants, tenants, and their caregivers to calculate and collect rent payments, among a variety of other duties. Cheire has an in-depth knowledge of community agencies and services available in our region. Prior to her work with the Housing Authority, Cheire received an Associate of Science Degree from the Sussex County Community College in Business Administration and worked with the Sussex County Chapter of the American Red Cross. In addition to her professional experience, Cheire donates her time to help operate the Christian Faith Fellowship Church bookstore. Dawn Stahl, Bookkeeper
Dawn is a lifelong resident of Sussex County and has worked with the Newton Housing Authority since 2004. After graduating from Franklin High School, she received a BA in English from Lock Haven State College and an Elementary Teaching certificate from Centenary College. Dawn is also a published columnist, writing for The Knitting Guild of America trade publication and Country Kids magazine, in addition to writing a mail order catalog for Van Hamman’s. Dawn has 25 years of bookkeeping and office management experience. In addition to her professional experience, Dawn is an active member of the community, serving the Franklin Elementary Home and School Association, Franklin Elementary School Parent Advisory Team, Immaculate Conception Church, Sunday Social, The Wallkill Valley Booster Club and the fundraising efforts at Liberty Towers. Richard Bale, Maintenance Superintendent
Dick has been employed by the Newton Housing Authority since 1994. Prior to this, Dick worked for Roto-Rooter and earlier, with General Photo Products of Newton. In addition to working for the Housing Authority, Dick volunteers his time to assist with a number of activities sponsored by the Newton Housing Authority and other local organizations. He has designed and built woodcrafts to raise funds for Liberty Towers and was instrumental in spearheading the annual benefit motorcycle run that has received national and regional awards of merit from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. |
