StaffDr. Kimberly Woodhull, Executive Director
Kimberly began her employment with the Newton Housing Authority in 2003. Prior to that time, Kimberly worked with both the Dover and Morris County Housing Authorities to facilitate the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. Kimberly has extensive experience working with a variety of local, state and federal programs, and initiated and actively participated in a number of organizations focusing on the creation and enhancement of programs, services, and the development of partnerships. Kimberly has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and while employed by the Newton Housing Authority, earned a doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology. Kimberly is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Housing Partnership of Northern New Jersey and the Greater Newton Chamber of Commerce, as well as a number of other committees and advisory councils. Janet Wright, BookkeeperJanet Wright is a longtime resident of Sparta Township in Sussex County. She joined the Newton Housing Authority in 2010. Janet studies Humanities, Social Sciences and Business Administration at the County College of Morris and Farleigh Dickenson University. She went on to become an instructor for the installation of accounting systems for Teleflex Fluoroplastics, Inc., traveling to plants in New Jersey and New Hampshire. She later became Accounting Manager for Castrim Corporation and most recently, Chief Financial Officer for Verite, Inc., a pharmaceutical marketing company. She is certified as Intuit Pro Advisor and has over thirty years of experience in accounting and office management. Janet currently serves as financial advisor and bookkeeper for several small businesses, and continues to attend seminars and classes related to her field. An active member of her community, Janet has volunteered her time to Habitat for Humanity, Sparta Township PTO, Sparta Presbyterian Church, Pope John High School, White Horseman Farms, First Baptist Church of Newton, and of course, Liberty Towers. Dick has been employed by the Newton Housing Authority since 1994. Prior to this, Dick worked for Roto-Rooter and earlier, with General Photo Products of Newton. In addition to working for the Housing Authority, Dick volunteers his time to assist with a number of activities sponsored by the Newton Housing Authority and other local organizations. He has designed and built woodcrafts to raise funds for Liberty Towers and was instrumental in spearheading the annual benefit motorcycle run that has received national and regional awards of merit from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. |
